Demain, je réalise une petite intervention sur le design sonore associé à la gastronomie, au 104, à l’occasion du Cook Book Festival. Seront également présents le chef Maxime Dupiot et le designer culinaire Marc Bretillot. Ça se passera vers 13h aux écuries. • Tomorrow, I’ll make a presentation about sound design and food at Le Centquatre, for the Paris Cook Book Fair. Chef Maxime Dupiot and culinary designer Marc Bretillot will be there too. It will start around 1pm.
